How do I use? (Instructions) :
1) Put a Valid URL/link in the Blue Box on the main/home page

3) Wait for the download to process.

Frequently Faced Problems/FAQ:

1) Why is my Download Speed so slow?
If you're facing slow download speed,
a) Try using IDM (Internet Download Manager) Program
b) Be patient, WAIT for few minutes for the download speed to pickup, the download speed fluctuates alot.
c) Do NOT download more than 2 file at any one time.
d) Avoid downloading during peak hour as stated on the site if possible, or when number of online users are high
e) Download speed shoud be fast when you've Multiconnection(Multithread) using IDM:



2) Why am I getting 'HIGH SERVER LOAD ALERT!'?
a) Complete your current download before trying again.
b) Hard refresh the main page. Shift + F5. Try Again
c) If you're using Firefox, swith to Internet Explorer, and vice versa
d) Try again in few minutes time
e) Restart your Modem/Router, and/or Computer

3) Why can't I start the download?
a) You're strongly advice to use FireFox and/or IDM(Recommended**) to download
b) Hard refresh the main page. Shift + F5. Try Again
c) Please DOUBLE check your link again, and make sure the link is (1) Valid - Refer to above list (2) REALLY active & working, using our link checker
d) Try again in few minutes time
e) Report to us using the contact page WITH the link you're trying to download
f) Finally, if you still can't download from IDM, Hold "Alt" on your keyboard whick clicking "Begin Download" to bypass IDM to use default FF/IE Downloader

3) I'm downloading HTML/HTM file instead of rar/zip?
a) Keep re-trying until it's the correct file you want
b) Else, if the HTML/HTM file has the correct file name AND correct file size
let it complete the download. When finish, change the file extension from .html to the correct extension e.g. .rar or .zip
c) Please DOUBLE check your link again, and make sure the link is (1) Valid - Refer to above list (2) REALLY active & working, using our link checker

4) Why am I getting 'Sites do not allow requesting the same file twice' on IDM?
